Shipping, Returns & Refunds

After a 3-5 day processing window your package will arrive in 6 to 10 business days. Our main office is located in Dallas, Texas. Our distribution centers are located in California and New Jersey. We ship our packages via USPS. Due to supply chain issues we may have to use alternate shipping methods however you can still expect your package to arrive in 6 - 10 business days after it is processed! If there are any issues with your package being lost by USPS we will ship out a replacement!

Return Policy: In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, refunds on, or exchanges on our products unless they come different than described. Please reference our size charts to find what best fits you! You have up to 12 hours to make any changes to your order. if you contact us after that time frame we cannot guarantee any changes. Once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes and we will not offer any refunds.
